SHIPPING

1. How long will my order take?

We take generally 3-4 days to ship the order from our warehouse. It would take around 7-8 working business days to reach it to you after that.
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail at hello@thedelizia.com with the details of missing product along with your order details within 24 hours of receiving your order. We shall check and get back to you with the details.
As of now, we are delivering the products pan India only.
Shipping charges for prepaid orders are Rs 50 and for COD orders, Rs 80

RETURN/ REFUND / REPLACEMENT

1. I received a damaged product. What do I do?

- Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hello@thedelizia.com with uninterrupted, unboxing video of the damaged product in its original condition as received within 24 hours of the order being delivered. We will check and have the issue resolved/product replaced as soon as possible. - Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. - No return / refund is possible for products unless it is damaged.
- In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at hello@thedelizia.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service. - Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.

CANCELLATION

1. How can i cancel my order?

Please mail us at hello@thedelizia.com for cancellation request with your order details. We would be able to cancel the order if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been processed/shipped from our warehouse.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. - Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests. - If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.
-If the payment was by credit or debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit or debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days. - Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
